This is a nifty contraption that my was a gift for my dad and he enjoyed very much. I still hear him letting this run in the background several times a day. I'm most impressed with the fact that this thing is able to keep on going for maybe hours now (?) without any oil or problems. This is one of the more affordable versions I initially found and there are actually many other versions but I think this one runs high on the value scale.

I can't say enough about the quality of this motor and how well it works. I wouldn't be surprised if this was priced at $300+ because it honestly has that feel to it. I made a quick video demonstration and posted it on YT which you can find by search the ASIN B00LWWVNTW. It even comes with spare parts just in case. Since buying it I have not stopped admiring it for a second. It makes a great showpiece for your desktop and would also make for an amazing gift for the motor-head in your life.

Very cool little working model . Well made and functions very nicely. The engine worked as stated and very well . The engine does vibrate a bit and I wish there was a machines spot for the little alcohol burner but other than that I am very happy with he purchase . I have this to my father as a gift who is an engineer .

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift, and it was a hit! He's a very practical guy and doesn't like spending money on frivolous stuff (for himself, at least), so I was concerned that he wouldn't appreciate it, but this Stirling engine is so neat, he couldn't help but love it.

This item is made much more nicely than I expected. It's attractive artistically sitting on a shelf, and attractive intellectually when it's running. It's fascinating to watch, and stimulated me to finally learn just how this remarkable device works. I was surprised to learn how many current uses there are for Stirling engines now, and that new energy-saving uses are still being developed. . And that somehow I decided to learn about it exactly 200 years since Scottish minister Robert Stirling invented it, a strange coincidence for me. I am ordering a couple as gifts for my grandchildren to enjoy.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. This is a well-made item, and works just as I expected. Minor assembly required, and that’s due to the design of the item since heavy handed shippers could easily damage it. I appreciate the fact that the seller is aware of this fact!! I had the little unit running perfectly 5 minutes after it was delivered! I would not hesitate to buy this item from this seller!

I'm a big fan of functional models, so I was happy to spot this low cost Stirling Engine on TOMTOP. I've seen similar models for more than three times the price, but I thought I would take a chance on this one. I'm glad I did. This model has great build quality and it runs flawlessly as expected.
