I ended up ordering a 15 hole rigging plate that is amazing quality. The holes are large enough for larger size carabiners with the screw lock to easily slide through. I rig some high tension pulley systems, no problem. I'm always nervous of brands I haven't heard much about, but it seems okay all in all. I'll give it 5 stars because it is totally fine for it's intended purposes. Very light and strong.
